2Ballpark Pricing and Scheduling an On-Site Visit
In many cases, we can provide a ballpark price range over the phone. Some projects need an on-site visit for accurate pricing - especially with slopes, obstacles, tight access, or complex layouts. Either way, if everything sounds good, we'll schedule the visit to confirm measurements, review layout, and discuss final design details.
3You Receive a Formal Written Estimate
We'll send a formal written estimate by email so you can review the full scope of work, see exactly what's included, ask any final questions, and accept electronically when you're ready. No pressure - we want you to feel confident in your decision.
4Deposit and On-Site Project Verification
Once you accept, we collect the deposit and conduct a final on-site verification to lock in fence line placement, gate locations and swing direction, and any special considerations. The deposit secures your place on our production schedule and reserves crew time and materials. This step prevents surprises on install day.
5You Receive an Approximate Install Date
You'll be emailed your approximate schedule date. Because we work outdoors, schedules can be affected by weather, material deliveries, and prior project conditions - so we schedule in windows rather than hard calendar guarantees, but we communicate clearly if anything changes.
6Installation Day
Barring any unexpected delays, our crew arrives on your scheduled day and completes your installation to the agreed-upon scope. We take pride in proper post depth, quality materials, and clean, professional workmanship. This isn't a builder-grade fence - it's built to last.
7Final Walk-Through and Final Payment
Once installation is complete, we do a final walk-through with you to make sure everything looks right, gates operate properly, and any concerns are addressed. Then we handle final payment and officially wrap up the project.
